If you're using our Auto Track / Form Submission tracking option to capture leads, we are sometimes not able to identify visitors by their email address, so we display 'Someone' instead of a first name.

To prevent "Someone" from displaying, turn the "Hide anonymous conversions" option on your Stream notifications (found in the "Customize" step).
