Some Shopify apps and themes attempt to "improve" your store and increase the "page speed", often times, they break other apps while doing so.

These apps manipulate the core functionality of your shopify store apps and cause them to stop working.

For example, SEO:Image Optimizer Page Speed by Avada has a "Speed Up" function in their dashboard which breaks all scripts in your store (they actually try to make them load asyncronously).

Many times it's related to theme.liquid code being modified by these apps or by a theme designer or a developer. This can be a hard problem to tackle so you should reach out to us in these cases.
