If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund. To request a refund, simply contact us using the live chat available on your ProveSource dashboard within fourteen (14) days of your initial charge and tell us why you're requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our product and quality of service.

In case you have made extensive use of ProveSource’s services and support - you will not be eligible for a full refund.

We reserve the right to examine your account’s support tickets, chats and usage before confirming any refunds.

Yearly Plans

Refunds (full or partial) won't be provided for yearly plans after the 14 days money back timeframe of your account.


We do not provide refunds for not using the service. You can always pause your account or cancel your subscription and then reactivate it whenever you want by sending us a message via the live chat or email..
